    Call for Panel Proposals

ICSC2007 is seeking proposals for panels. Panels should focus on emerging technologies, controversial issues, or unsolved problems in the multimedia community to stimulate lively, thoughtful, and sometimes provocative discussions. Panels must be debate-oriented rather than a series of short presentations. We expect the panelists to actively engage the audience and help them broaden their understanding of the issues. Panel summary articles will be included in the conference proceedings.

    Submission requirements:

    Submissions should include:

    Panel title,

Panel objective, scope, and target audience,

Names and affiliations of the moderator and panelists,

    Brief biography of each participant.

    DEADLINES AND CONTACTS

Proposal submission deadline: May 1, 2007

    Acceptance notification: June 1, 2006

For additional information regarding the Panels, please contact the Panel Co-Chairs at icscpanel@eecs.uci.edu.
